Our law firm have again been voted to finalist in the Criminal Lawyer of the Year category Law Awards for Scotland 2014, having been finalists in both 2010 and 2011. This requires being recommended by clients and peers (other criminal defence lawyers and solicitors) within the Scottish justice system.
It’s a great honour to again be finalists for Criminal Law Firm of the Year in 2014 for this very reason, and this year we are also honoured that our director Charles Ferguson is a finalist for managing partner of the year 2014 and our trainee solicitor, Jackson Bateman being a finalist for trainee of the year for the Law Awards of Scotland 2014. This acknowledgement, we hope, shows the strength of our team of lawyers and the quality of our defence work. We truly appreciate the acknowledgement of good quality legal defence work for our clients, from our legal peers.
Our director, Charles Ferguson, is also certified in Advocacy by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy of the United States of America, recognised world wide as the leading provider of training for court practitioners.
Charles Ferguson Solicitors office is in Hamilton town centre near the sheriff courts, and we mainly defend our clients’ court cases in Hamilton sheriff courts, Justice Of The Peace (JP) courts and Glasgow’s various sheriff, district and high courts.
Please read more about our recent success in defending our clients on our press coverage page.
Our criminal defence legal team look forward to working with you, and defending you in the best way possible as your defence lawyers.
